Philip Tarnoff, director of the Center for Integrated transportation Systems Management (CITSM) has recently made it in the news for chairing a review panel of the Interstate 64 West Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT). The panel will be responsible for reviewing the operations and procedures for good management of the tunnel, the review and recommendations will be presented to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Commissioner David S. Ekern.
